We saw a lot of dumpy houses with Ben.  For several months, Ben patiently and expertly guided us through the process of finding the right house for us.  When we did find, Ben leaped into action to present the winning offer in a multiple-offer situation.  During escrow, Ben and his very able team never left our side, answering all of our questions, making all of the appointments for the necessary inspections and helping us in every other aspect to ensure that we closed escrow timely and smoothly.  Thanks to Ben and his amazing team, we have a wonderful home.  We cannot recommend Ben highly enough!
