What’s That in Your Pocket?
A pocket listing just might be right for you!  If you are debating whether or not to put your home on the market, it might make sense for you to call Ben Lee.  Ben knows tons of willing and able buyers in the neighborhood and may be able to assist with an “off market” sale.

What’s the benefit?  Buyers are intrigued by an off market property, and may get excited.  It’s the idea that they are finding something that nobody else knows about.  If you’re like me, you like to find that special offer that’s yours and yours alone.  Many buyers feel the same way.

Also, the right home may not be on the market for a particular buyer right now.  Your home just may be right for a buyer who is actively looking, and you can save yourself the trouble of putting the home on the market.

What trouble you might ask?  Well, when you put a home on the market, you need to clean it first and foremost!  While a cleaning crew is not expensive, the idea of de-cluttering and possibly staging the home may be expensive and turn you off.  It requires lots of work to get a home ready to show.

Also, during open houses, people are constantly in and out.  The seller needs to leave for showings and open houses, and that can be inconvenient.  Give me a call to discuss further!
