Elizabeth Markovitch Transaction Coordinator and Buyers Agent Elizabeth is the newest addition to the Ben Lee Properties Team. Born in Texas and raised in Carmel, California, Elizabeth studied Political Science and Sports Management at the University of Santa Barbara prior to moving to Los Angeles, where she has spent considerable time mastering the Westside Los Angeles market. Elizabeth brings a broad background in marketing, communications and client relations to the team, having worked for the prestigious golf tournament AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am and the PGA Tour. But it wasn't until working for a small commercial real estate firm in Santa Barbara that Elizabeth found her true calling. She realized that a career in real estate was the ideal way she could do what she truly wanted to do: help people. She knew helping people achieve their dream in buying or selling their home was the perfect professional fit. Knowledge, honesty, integrity, dedication to her clients and a work ethic that gets stellar results are Elizabeth’s commitment to her clients and the Ben Lee Properties team. Elizabeth is well qualified to help clients understand the nuances of purchase agreements, disclosures, escrow instructions and amendments, inspection contingency process, and city-mandated retrofitting. Elizabeth’s other responsibilities include being on point with loan brokers, escrow, title, and keeping clients informed throughout the entire process. No question or concern is too small - Elizabeth is always happy to help! When Elizabeth is not working you can find her testing out a new gourmet recipe, on a dive boat, golf course, or spending time with her beloved boyfriend Max & their “dog child”, Wyatt. Julia Gale Office Administrator Julia Gale is a native Angeleno and has lived in Los Angeles her entire life. Julia attended UCLA, majoring in History and Public Policy. After working in the accounting departments of a variety of law firms around town, volunteering for various organizations like Peace Quest, and promotional events for HER Energy Drink, Inc., Julia decided to make working in real estate her permanent career. Julia's vast knowledge of real estate makes her an invaluable member of Ben Lee's team. As Office Administrator, Julia’s responsibilities include managing the listing process which oversees generating proper documents and ensuring accurate input into the MLS and industry web sites. She's also responsible for managing the escrow process, offers, contracts, private showings, hosting open houses and inspections. Julia also coordinates the team's top notch marketing division, overseeing print marketing, website maintenance and email design campaigns. Julia prides herself on being dedicated, responsive and an overarching work ethic that ensures results. Her hobbies include reading, bike riding, snowboarding, volunteering in her community and attending concerts. Lilli Lee Marketing Director Lilli Lee was born and raised in Los Angeles, specifically Brentwood. After attending local public schools: Kenter Canyon, Paul Revere, Palisades and UCLA, Lilli began a career in television journalism. She started out at the infamous television show ‘Hard Copy,’ and continued writing, segment producing and directing at a variety of different shows over the next 10 years the last of which was the TV show ‘Extra.’ After leaving the world of television to concentrate on being a full time mother to her first of three children, Lilli continued writing for local magazines: Beverly Hills 90210, the Brentwood News and Malibu Times among others. She also freelance produced for CBS and cable television shows producing behind-the-scenes segments for affiliates. About 17 years ago, she met and married Ben Lee and today writes all of his marketing materials. Together they enjoy raising their three boys in Cheviot Hills! |
